This is the most important of all the year-end awards.  Television is the greatest thing since slavery the end of slavery so let’s look at what everyone picked, shall we massa? 
 
Ripatranzone: Parks and Recreation.  I know this is crazy to say but women can be funny.  I know, INSANITY, their boobs do get in the way of the punchlines a lot but still, they’re funny here!  And the dudes are funny too.  Essentially, all genders on Parks & Rec are funny.  Tip of the hat to Breaking Bad, Mad Men, and Jersey Shore as well.
